Northern Sky Theatre OPENS June 24th with a brand NEW show. (performed in Peninsula State Park) THE THING WITH FEATHERS, this summer’s premiere is a musical that follows a group of devoted birders gathered for the annual peak migration count and each tally more than they bargained for. Alongside human characters, creative bird puppetry will be featured in the telling of this radiant tale. The Thing with Feathers transforms complex ecological issues into something personal and immediate. This whimsical, heart-filled story examines how small choices can have mighty consequences. Also returning to the stage at Peninsula State Park will be WHEN BUTTER CHURNS TO GOLD and SOMETHING IN THE WATER.
